SCIA, founded in 1979, serves as a community for those affected by paralysis and those working in related fields. The organization provides services to aid those with spinal cord injuries and to educate others in order to prevent injuries. Corboy & Demetrio is a longtime SCIA supporter and is a Lunch Sponsor of the Golf Outing, which will be held at the Gleneagles Country Club in Lemont.
 Corboy & Demetrio hosted a pizza lunch for a group of young men from Mercy Home for Boys & Girls. The students spent the morning learning about Cook County Circuit Courts at Daley Plaza as part of a summer Career Day experience.
The Mercy Home for Boys & Girls is a Catholic organization that provides a nurturing home, support, mentoring and spiritual development for children and families in the Chicagoland area.
