Corboy & Demetrio Attorney Matthew T. Jenkins was appointed to the Chicago Bar Foundation Board of Directors. The CBF is the fundraising arm of the Chicago Bar Association, of which Matt serves on the Board of Managers. The CBF’s vision is that all people in the Chicago area have equal access to justice and that Chicago’s legal community embraces its leadership responsibility to uphold this fundamental American principle.

Corboy & Demetrio is a proud, longtime participant of Cristo Rey’s Corporate Work Study Program, providing work internships for four Cristo Rey students, allowing them to work at the law firm and earn 70 percent of their own tuition. Corboy & Demetrio was a proud Platinum Sponsor at the 2016 Judge’s Night, an annual fundraiser of the Hellenic Bar Association of Illinois. Judge’s Night, which was held on June 9, 2016, was highly successful – a sold-out event that attracted hundreds of Chicago attorneys and judges. In 2015, the HBA presented Corboy & Demetrio’s Co-Founder Thomas A. Demetrio with a Lifetime Achievement Award.
