Youth Outreach Services’ mission is to create a society that “treasures the safety, well-being and self-worth of every child.” It provides services to children in need including traditional and speecialized foster care; extended family support; transitional living programs; and runaway and homeless street outreach.
Youth Outreach Services hopes its community-based services empower children to face life’s challenges with confidence, competence and dignity. The organization helps kids make positive choices and offers them opportunities to thrive. Youth Outreach Services has an open door policy for kids and their families. It believes that every child is able to overcome challenges with the help of community-based services.
