Kids in Danger was founded by the parents of 16-month-old Daniel Keysar who was strangled to death at his licensed childcare facility in 1998 when a portable crib collapsed, trapping his neck in the “V” of its folded rails. KID’s mission is to promote the development of safer products for children, advocate for children and educate the public about dangerous children’s products.
Corboy & Demetrio partner Shawn Kasserman represented Danniel’s parents Boaz Keysar and Linda Ginzel in a civil lawsuit and Kasserman sits on the Board of Directors of Kids in Danger.
