Big Shoulders Fund’s mission is to give support to Catholic schools in the neediest areas of the city of Chicago. All of the funds it raises are used for special education programs, instructional equipment, scholarships, facility improvements, faculty support and operating grants. It serves Chicago’s inner city and enrolls nearly 25,000 students in 93 schools.
